This dog collar utilizes a quick clasp closure, also called a side release clasp. Sizing is given as a range of neck lengths. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing.

RETURNS
Non-personalized items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee applies.
- Return shipping is not covered, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

New pup needed a matching set like the rest of the pack has. Although the specific models they had were no longer offered on the website, the Customer Service team was fantastic in prepping a quote to ensure I'd be able to get matching collars with the pups name and "chipped" icon along with a matching leash with his name surrounded by heart icons. Fantastic customer service for a super high-quality product at a very reasonable price. Now Toby feels like he belongs with the rest of the dogs.

I purchased the 3/4 inch width in size medium (14-20 inch length) for my 70 pound dog. I called the company to ask if I could have my dog's name and then two phone numbers stacked as the character limit did not allow this. They were more than happy to accommodate. My dog's name and the stacked numbers repeat for easy viewing of all text.
This was my second purchase from this company. My first was in 2020 and the only reason we replaced it was because of a change in phone number. All text was still clear after 5 years.

This collar says it all dogs name and who to contact if he/she gets away. It’s our 3rd one - no need to have a tag jingling on her neck.
