Woman Owned Company - Made in the USA

Over 30,000 products in our store come with a limited lifetime warranty.

The Freedom No-Pull Harness features a patented control loop on the back of the harness which tightens gently around your dog’s chest to discourage pulling behavior and makes walking your dog an easy, more enjoyable experience for both of you. It also features a structural connection ring on the front of the harness. Connecting to this ring is optional, but recommended, as it allows you to attach to the front and back of the harness simultaneously. Used this way, you can control pulling and redirect your dog’s attention back to you for training and treats.

The Freedom No-Pull Harness features a Swiss velvet-lined chest strap to help prevent rubbing and chafing behind the front legs. The stainless steel hardware used on the harness will never rust or corrode, and the webbing can literally be used to tow cars. It will not break or fray, no matter how hard your dog pulls.

The Freedom No-Pull Harness is designed to fit any dog from 14 lbs all the way up to 250+ lbs.

Sizing

It comes in two widths:

5/8” for smaller dogs under 40 lbs – Dachshunds, Italian Greyhounds, Whippets, Jack Russel Terriers, Beagles, Miniature Schnauzers, etc.

1” for larger dogs over 40 lbs – Boxers, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Greyhounds, German Shepherds, Basset Hounds, Pit Bulls, Great Danes, etc.

To measure your dog for the harness, use a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string) and measure all the way around the largest part of your dog’s chest. Choose the SMALLEST size that fits within that measurement.

Multiple Leash Attachment Options!

Training Leash*

The training leash is designed to be used in conjunction with the Freedom No-Pull Harness. It provides additional control points, which evenly distribute pressure. It has a permanently attached “floating” handle, allowing the leash to be used in multiple configurations:

  • Connect to the front and the back of the harness simultaneously.
  • Connect to just the front or the back of the harness.
  • Connect to the harness and a collar at the same time.

When connected to two points the training leash is 3′ long including the floating handle, and 4′ long when attached to a single point. As the name suggests, this shorter leash is especially useful for training.

Euro Leash*

The Euro leash is just like the training leash but is 6′ long when connected to both attachments, and 8′ long when connected to a single point. The handle is removable and can be used separately. The Euro leash can be used in the following configurations:

  • 8″ Traffic handle all by itself.
  • Fold leash in half. Clip one end of leash to your dog’s collar or harness and the other end to the stationary ring. Clip the Traffic Handle to the floating ring. This makes a 4′ lead.
  • To create a 2 foot leash, continue from step two, slide the floating O-ring towards you and reconnect it to the bolt snap that is connected to your dog’s collar.
  • Place lead around shoulder/back and clip (1) end to floating ring and other end to dog. This makes a hands-free lead.
  • Place lead around waist and clip (1) end to floating ring and other end to dog. This makes a hands-free lead.
  • To keep your dog close and safe while sitting stationary with him/her, simply attach leash to your dog and wrap the handle end of leash around a pole, fence post, railing or small tree and attach both snaps in the handle to the floating o-ring. (use this method only while remaining with your dog)

*The main difference between the Training leash and Euro leash is the length. The training leash is 3′ long when connected to both points and Euro leash is 6′ long. The Euro leash also has a removable handle that can be used in high traffic situations when you need to keep your dog close to you. We do recommend the training leash for strong pullers because the shorter the lead, the more control you are going to have.

Great fit and made a difference

This harness came recommended by our trainer. We adopted 2 pups age 2 yrs. One is 85 llbs, the other is a smaller 45 lbs baby. Our walks and secured in the car have never been better!

    Tore after 3 months

While the harness was great, it tore after only three months. When I contacted Customer Service, they essentially said that I was not telling the truth and that my dog must have chewed it. My dog did not chew it, we keep it in a drawer.

I’m disappointed with the harness and with Customer Service.

I would not buy this again and do not recommend it.

Hi Jenny, I'm Alisha, the owner. I've reviewed all of the customer service tickets and photos from your interaction. I'm really sorry and understand your frustration.

The information Allyson gave you is all correct. You'd be surprised, that spot is a common chew point. In addition, it isn't a place on the harness that gets much force applied to it.

You can see tons of photos on this page, including Baby Huey chewing that exact spot in the main photo on chewing warranty product page.

If you would like to use the warranty, we are here and ready to replace.

    Thanks so much!

    Not for large dogs

My 75 lb Bernedoodle is now an expert puller thanks to the harness! I purchased the harness and training lead with hopes that the double attachment points will aid me in redirecting him while pulling. Well, it doesn't quite work that way. I find it hard to keep the front lead on the correct side of him because of his criss crossing the sidewalk which causes me to constantly switch the front lead left to right depending upon what side of the walk he's on. When he pulls, he PULLS and the front lead doesn't turn him towards me. My back and shoulder hurt from getting jerked ! Do you have any better training videos with really BIG dogs? Otherwise I will have to return it.

I would first work with him on walking in a straight line or have "different types" of walks where he can sniff everything and then a walk that is just for walking forward.

Also, I would suggest if he is still pulling, stop walking and wait. If he turns back towards you and the leash is loose, continue walking forward. Otherwise, turn and walk in the other direction.

Here is one video, we have a lot more on youtube: https://youtu.be/7EWTdaI5BtM

    Best Harness and leash

I would like to say this was the BEST harness and leash we ever bought ( and we bought a ton of them ).Our Golden Retriever weights 100lb. and is a horrible puller. Vet, trainers gave me pointers nothing worked. He likes to pull!!!

This harness and leash is a life changer not just for our Golden but so much for me. I enjoy so much more now to take him for walks and he walks right beside me ( this NEVER happened ). This is like a new fur baby. Momma is happy and so is my boy. I would like to Thank you so much for such a great design which does not hurt the fur babies neck and you can keep them close to you and enjoy the walks.

The only thing I have to say I wish I would of known about this harness and leash so much sooner.

By the way we get home and he plops is butt to the ground on not wanting to go home lol.

    Great harness

We had issues with pulling on walks with our lab and our friend who has a service dog and is also a behaviorist helping others with training recommended this harness. Very helpful and soft against our pup’s fur.
